Stayed here because it is across the street from Ball Arena, I got a really good deal on Expedia so I reserved it. Parking was $50 a day and you had to pay it. The rooms were comfortable but the thermostat only went up to 80 degrees and would not let you adjust. The breakfast was not good at all. There was not many options as I was there for 4 days and it was the same thing-wet gross eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy-2 of those days there was just eggs and sausage. You are better off finding a nearby place to get a better breakfast.

Wonderful experience!

Great hotel, walking distance to Ball Arena. The staff was excellent; friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be staying again when we're in town next!

The property is right in the heart of the college area and very clean. The breakfast was perfect for what we needed. Dog friendly atmosphere and staff was courteous and outgoing.
