Excellent customer service, all staff including in the tavern were amazing. The inside of the hotel is beautiful, but our room was a bit disappointing. I thought it would be as magical as the rest of the hotel and it wasn’t, Very mediocre.

The hotel is a beautiful old building and the reception staff are very helpful. We ate in The Ships Tavern which was very disappointing and ended up in us sending our food back. But otherwise a lovely hotel

Very pretty lounge area over christmas due to the enormous chandelier. Carpets need updating. I had a dripping sink faucet and a flickering vanity light bulb in the bathroom, not a big deal. Overall a pleasant place to stay.

Beautiful accommodations, party of history. Everything is quaint and small, and not the most luxurious bed or room by today's standards. But I thoroughly enjoyed our time, the jazz night in the atrium, walking the stairs down from the sixth floor, the Santa breakfast event, etc. The Brown Palace is unique in offering these experiences

Incredible rooms, spa services, and high tea
This was our first time staying here and to say we were impressed is an understatement! The location is perfect. The rooms are beautiful and HUGE. I can't gush enough about the spa treatments and high tea is wonderful! The unlimited complimentary water was a much needed surprise. I'd add photos of the beautiful room, but the Hotels.com app never seems to allow me to do so (all permission have been granted).

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. It seems the owner has put all their focus on the afternoon tea, which, while charming, has come at the expense of the rest of the hotel. The rooms are outdated and in dire need of renovation. The parking situation is another downside; they only offer overnight valet for a steep price of $69 a night, which feels excessive. Walking through the halls of the hotel gives off a strange vibe, almost like being on the set of a haunted film. While I appreciated the security's efforts to keep homeless individuals off the property, it still left me feeling uneasy. On a positive note, the hotel's location is its saving grace. It's right outside 16th Street, with plenty of activities and attractions nearby. However, I was frustrated to find that afternoon tea was fully booked, and they were unable to accommodate their own guests. Overall, I left feeling underwhelmed and wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

The BP is a lovely place for a destination stay in Denver for a theater visit or family visit. I had hoped there would be more dining options available and room service since the hotel is billed as a luxury experience. Our queen bed was very hard and our room was cold. The massages were great but thee massage room was cold. Since it’s in an ancient basement, the ladies spa locker room has a distinct sewer odor. The live music is wonderful. Service is great. Valet parking is great. Have high tea. Ask for a good bed. They probably have one. I missed the historic tour but it looks amazing.

Beautiful hotel, needs the tender care of an experienced veteran carpenter. The check in desk is oddly placed. The bar at the entrance makes it difficult to make your way to the desk & then to the elevator.

They common areas of the property are STUNNING. The room was just ok. Its an old property so I wasn't expecting a modern room. However, the bathroom cabinets had the doors removed leaving almost a shell of a cabinet. The shower lack hot water and almost no water pressure. It felt like the room overall needs a renovation, strange wall feature that felt like a band aid, old carpeting and a tad musty. Its an iconic location and hotel with a deep history. It is also on the upper price point because the hotel is iconic. I hope they can improve the overall quality of the rooms.

Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Our room was nice but the bathroom had seen better days with dirty caulking and grout. Some of the doors to the rooms were paint chipped. The place net some TzLC
