This home was perfect for our recent stay! It was a great size and well appointed, and in a great spot so that we could visit family nearby. It was convenient to have two living/eating areas even though we really just used one. Access to the home was easy and there was plenty of parking plus a nice, fenced-in back yard. The host was also very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again in the future and recommend it to others

A Peaceful Sanctuary

This house was very comfortable and wonderfully decorated, and truly provided a peaceful sanctuary for our family to rest and recuperate while my daughter received treatment at the Children's Hospital. The close proximity made trips to and from the hospital for different family members very easy and convenient. Having kitchen and laundering facilities available on both floors was a key feature for our large group, and communication with the manager was truly excellent- exceedingly gracious and helpful!!!!

This location was perfect for our visit at Children's medical center. Your home was perfect. We had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the area as well as our medical visit. It's great to not have to eat out every meal. Kitchen was clean and everything we needed. Thank you for the use of your home.

Great house with wonderful host

This house was exactly as described and shown with wonderful extras like coffee and tea, laundry detergent, spices in the kitchen, and a great selection of pots and pans. The showers were stocked. Having two full kitchens and living rooms was perfect for our crew. Michael was so attentive with quick responses and even let us drop off bags early. Great weekend!

Colorado Sparkler Softball moms and daughters

We were a group of five mothers and five daughters in town for softball. The location of this house was perfect for us in relation to the fields and I would highly recommend. We loved being close to Central Park and walked in the mornings before heading out. We were close to highways and centrally located to Boulder, Downtown, Colorado Springs, and red rock amphitheater. There were shopping center within 5 min as well. The home had five bedrooms and was exactly as described and very clean. The double kitchens and laundry areas were amazing for us as we had plenty of space to cook for the girls for the week and launder the uniforms. Michael was amazing to work with. We had a hiccup on checkin and he quickly resolved that. He filled the propane for us immediately when we saw we were out and he was available for all our questions. Thank you so much Michael if we ever find ourselves in Denver again we will certainly look you up.

GREAT STAY - clean updated comfort!

All the home comforts provided with plenty of individual space for a group. Fully stocked kitchen. The cute backyard with mature trees, honeysuckle, and blooming lilies was a nice surprise. Games for the kids - they did two jigsaw puzzles. Great Host - overall GREAT experience!

Fantastic vacation rental in Aurora!!!

This home was a fantastic vacation getaway for our family. The home is conveniently located in Aurora with easy access to the the freeway, restaurants, parks, and walking paths. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The basement area was effectively a separate living space where our in-laws could enjoy some some privacy during our stay. If we ever find ourselves needing a rental in Aurora again we will definitely be heading back here!

This home was perfect for our stay during the National Western Stock Show. House is spacious and kitchen is very well stocked! Parking for 4 vehicles is available in the driveway, if you have more than 4 vehicles, parking may be tricky as street parking fills up fast.

Great Place to Stay

This house is amazing and so comfortable and clean and cozy. It has two fully stocked kitchens, which was great. It had everything we needed and more. The backyard was perfect for grilling and having dinner outside. The house was perfect for our family gathering in Denver for a wedding. It was the perfect location and close to stores and the Stanley Marketplace was awesome. Michael was amazing with his communication and responded immediately to any questions that we had. "OMG It's so Cute"

Is what 5 adult men kept repeating over and over when they saw the house I booked for them while they attended a conference Downtown. They weren't disappointed. It is VERY CUTE and very clean! The house is inviting with the many colors and patterns, and two full kitchens plus plenty of living space was perfect for relaxing together or separately. The backyard was gorgeous with a sweet, tiny path to the garden. The location itself is close to walking/running paths and a few supermarkets, making their stay easy and convenient. Michael, the host, was nothing but lovely and accommodating. He answered every question I had almost immediately, AND he provides an extensive digital house guide. Which is honestly one of the most satisfying things to see as an event coordinator haha. 10/10 Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it. Thank you again for everything!

STAY HERE!!!!!!

Every year we take a family vacation... it is our ONE time every year to all be together to relax, eat together and go hiking (our favorite)!! It is something we save for all year, so it is a really special time for us. We had 8 adults this year and this house was perfect! Quiet neighborhood and the house was so clean!! OH and the beds were super comfortable! (Michael i need to know what they are and where you got them, please :)) There was plenty of room for everyone to come back from hiking, take showers, start cooking AND relax without being on top of each other. The kitchen was a big deal because my husband cooks big meals. This kitchen had anything and every single thing you would need! There is even a 2nd kitchen downstairs! There are books, games and 2 tvs (one upstairs and one downstairs). The precious backyard was an unexpected bonus! We would definitely stay here again!!! You wont be disappointed! THANK YOU so much Michael for being a wonderful host and helping make our vacation stress free!
