The hotel is relatively new. Decor is decent. We upgraded to a king suite and the room was roomy and comfortable for the most part. One of the two televisions didn't work, the shower pressure was extremely low. I went to pull out one of the "clean" folded towels only to discover that it was soaking wet. The sink had a leak that not only soaked the towel but the floor as well. From the look of the shelf, it has been leaking for awhile. Towels were like sandpaper and the tissue box had ONE tissue in it. Chexknin was not great, the front desk guy was not pleasant and didnt greet me upon arrival. Best part of the stay? The free breakfast was actuality pretty tasty.

The guy at the front desk was great. He was having to do multiple jobs at once but stayed polite and professional. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows could use an upgrade.

Concerns of health and safety on this stay. Staff did nothing to detur the individuals on the floor above to keep down their noise and stomping until 3 in the morning and from just before 5 am. There was a school group using the door lock to prop doors open with as they cycled in and out. The doors slamming into this was beyond loud. Again, staff did nothing to address this on several calls.
