Anniversary weekend
We had a wonderful night celebrating our anniversary here. The room was perfect. Only complaint we had was the bed was firmer than we like. It was fairly quiet for a Saturday night with young football players as guest and it seemed pretty packed.

We have stayed at this property a few times over the years. It is close to our kid's home. However, it is really showing wear and it does not appear that updates and improvements are being made. This past stay I could not find a hairdryer in my room. I was told they no longer provide them for the guests. That was an unexpected inconvenience.

The shower had hair in it from someone else... not the most desirable thing to happen. The conditioner was empty, and we had to change the toilet paper roll. We only stayed one night, I have never had to change the toilet paper when only staying one night. It would be nice if the larger bed pillows were an option

Unattended Children Racing the Hallways until Bedtime, Out-Of-Order Ice Machine (found another) and Housekeeping quizzing me on Vacating Room when I was in the Shower, all pretty minor occurrences. New Property with a “bounce” to the floor. Attended Conference otherwise wouldn’t have paid the the high price. No Waffles at Breakfast (😢).

My wife reserved our suite a month in advance. Showed up to the hotel just to find out they gave our room away. So they gave us another standard room. Nothing worked in the room. Terrible experience!
