I was very impressed with the property, but the inside of the condo the floors were gritty and the bathroom rugs were dirty. I don’t think the floors had been mopped also the blinds in the master bedroom had blades missing. Besides those things it was nice.

Family gathering
The place was very clean and central to everything. The beach is beautiful, from this condo location we chose to drive but it is walkable if you like. If your looking for a high end resort this is not that place, it is relaxed with old shore house charm on the outside and update on the inside which is what we loved must about it. Want to address previous bad reviews: 1. Not enough cooking supply’s, not true there was more than enough. Can hear traffic from road, this is true but living inner city this was not a problem for us except for when Bric and Brac across the street let out at 3AM on the weekend but hopefully the condo association will address this issue. The living room sofa has seen better days but it was not terrible, also noticed this unit is up for sell.

We love Sandpiper Cove and we enjoyed our stay in this unit. We had a window blind that broke the night we got there and it was fixed the next day. The included beach service (umbrella and chairs) was also nice. Great communication with the management company.

Great vacation!
The condo was in excellent condition and very clean. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 adults and 3 children. Condo was stocked with many extras The only suggestion would be to add some type of cabinet for pantry. We had no place to put our groceries. Beach access and service was amazing. We would definitely return to this condo.

Location was perfect to activities around. Unit was clean. The air conditioning did not seem to work in the room with bunk beds, but that was not a major issue as there was a fan. Overall, quite a pleasant stay!

Perfect!
Easy to check-in. Property was clean and exactly as listed. Beds were comfy, kitchen had all the dishes and utensils needed, appliances were fully functional, coffeemaker was drip-pot and k-cup compatible, all tvs were working and great quality. We were very pleased with this property. The private beach access is across a main road, but the walk is short and easy. The pools were nearly empty every time we went, kept clean, and plenty of seating. Everyone was friendly in the complex- dog walkers, tennis players, golfers, even the gate guards. We would absolutely book this place again.

Overall great place. Clean, well stocked, close to everything! The place was spacious enough to comfortably house us as a family of 6. The dining area, living room and porch were a good size. Maintenance/Management was proactive and communicated well. Parking was easy, the pools (I visited 2/3) were quaint but nice, and the walk wasnt a terrible even with small kids. The beach access is set up for you too which is nice. We weren't allowed to use our own canopy on the beach which sucks but they handled the situation very courteously. Only slight negatives are this unit faces the road and can be a little noisey at night and the cooking space, sink, and refrigerator (while well stocks in pans,utensils, etc) is only big enough for one person at a time.

The location was a nice easy walk to the beach or in our case drive as it was easier to drive with our toddler. There are also plenty of parking spaces at the beach. Just about anything we wanted was within a mile and a half drive from the condo.

The couches were oldand sunken in and was dog hair everywhere. The balcony had loose boards and the fan and light above stove did not work. Cooking utensils were old and pans made all our food stick. Wont be staying again for the price i paid thought it would have been updated better

Everything we needed for a relaxing getaway
My three teens and I take one trip together each year, and this year we chose to stay in Destin, FL. This property was absolutely perfect for us with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. a dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was ideal from the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. The property is located in a well maintained, pet-friendly community. The heated pools and jacuzzis were a nice bonus to our chilly December stay. We would absolutely stay at this property again should we return to Destin.

Clean , nice condo. Comfortable furnishings. Bunk beds were squeaky & not stable. Location was very noisy due to proximity to streets one being major road. Most days we were awakened before daylight.So for these reasons I would not rent this condo again.

We were excited about the property after viewing it online. Upon arrival, we were less than thrilled. The floors were filthy and everyone had to wear shoes at all times to prevent the dreaded black feet! The couches were well used and had a stale odor. The refrigerator did not keep hinge cold until Day 4. Guest bathroom had ceiling stains and rusty vent covers. The tops of the master bedroom nightstands and dresser were sticky and the dining table and chairs were dirty. Tripped several times going in and out of master bedroom as there is a small drop. The master bath and closet doors were disgusting. Overall, we were overwhelmingly disappointed for the amount of money we spent to stay there. Would not recommend and will not rent again.

Loved most things. The only issues were NOISE coming from vehicles on the main road and beside the condo. in the master bedroom. Sleeping was not peaceful due to this. Water pressure was low in bathrooms. There were also slats missing from the vertical blinds in both den and master bedroom. We did well other than these things.

Lovely beach, loud road noise
We stayed two nights and this listing was all I could find in Destin. Sandpiper cove was nice. Had a nice beach and bar area. We got a free dolphin cruise included which was a nice bonus! The check in emails could be simplified. I got 20 emails after booking, not exaggerating, giving me waaaay too much information. The kitchen and baths were nicely renovated but the location of this condo is right next to the street with really loud road noise. I would upgrade the sliding doors because they would help with the road noise. I would also upgrade the door handles and put a fresh coat of paint on the doors and trim to match the rest of the renovation. The doors were really hard to lock because they were old. Lastly, my sons couldn’t sleep in the bunk beds because they were so squeaky. So they slept on the couches. Overall I give it a 3. I would definitely try to find something else next time we visit but this worked for the few days we were there.

Beautiful fall beach getaway
We booked Destin last minute October 2022 and were pleased to get this wonderful condo unit in a great neighborhood. The gorgeous, sandy beach is a short walk away and very clean and beautiful (or you can drive across the street and park if you have a lot of gear but it's so close walking is almost easier). The main pool and hot tubs were great for the kids to play around in and for parents to relax. Everyone in the community was friendly and welcoming. We slept 2 adults and 5 kids ages 6-17 with plenty of room to spare. We were happy to find a mattress in one closet so our 3 middle boys could share the bunkbed room. The TVs worked well for relaxed entertainment. We also enjoyed the central location with quick access to downtown Destin and other attractions to the east. The kitchen is small but very workable with plenty of pots, pans and serving bowls! We appreciated the full set of silverware, plates, and cups to feed us and our friends. There were plenty of small appliances (microwave, toaster, coffee pot, instant k-cup coffee maker, blender we didn't use) that worked well, although the microwave was a little small and underpowered but it was fine. There is a Target with groceries just across the street and a Walmart and Publix a short drive away. If we return to Destin, we will look for this same unit!
