Wonderful home in Destin
Highly recommend this house. It's walkable to the beach within 4 mins and a slightly longer walk to Crab Trap restaurant and Camile on the beach. Location was great to be able to drive to any other amenities as well. Pool was heated and the fenced in porch was an excellent plus to enjoy the sunsets. Hosts were fantastic to communicate with as well and were accommodating to a slightly later checkout.

The location was perfect, the golf cart made the experience even more fun, the pool was our spot to hang out when we weren’t at the beach. I would definitely rent this property again. Destin was just as beautiful as promised.

This place has a great location, on a quiet street, but close enough to beach, shops to get essentials, restaurants, etc. Very clean. Pool was nice and warm, and pretty private. Golf cart rental was very convenient.

We recently stayed at the holiday house with our kids. The location is great, the hosts are easy to communicate with and we enjoyed our stay. The pool is fantastic, lovely walk to the beach and fun to scoot around town in the golf cart.

Perfect family getaway!
This was a perfect spot for couples with kids or families. We traveled with 2 infants and they had pack n plays on each room ready to use. Everything was clean and neat, well organized. The heated pool was amazing and was warm the whole week. The golf cart was also a huge plus getting around the area. We hope to be back soon!

Perfect get away
Holiday house is located in a quaint little neighborhood, location is close walking distance to beach access. My husband and I had a wonderful stay there, very relaxing. I enjoyed coffee every morning sitting on the rockers in the screened porch. The house had plenty of hangers, towels, beach towels, hair dryer, starter kit of small dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and toilet paper. Previous guests had left chairs and an umbrella that we used everyday and a beach cart. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions. Weather was perfect , 10 days of sunshine. We would definitely stay at the Holiday House again.

Great property, great location
We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, nicely appointed, super close to the beach and had everything we needed for a great spring break with our grandkids. The heated pool was much appreciated - especially on some of the windier and cooler days. It's nicely shielded from the wind and the warm water made it possible to walk right in. The host was very quick to respond to questions. Loved the whole experience. We would definitely stay again.

My family and I escaped the cold weather and were very happy with our stay at the Holiday House. The location is a short walk from the beach and a short drive from retail and restaurants. The house was comfortable and clean. The property owners were very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. We loved sitting outside by the pool, enjoying the warm weather.

Beautiful and relaxing
The property was exactly as described and pictured. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the heated pool both day and night as well as enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit and roasting marshmallows. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We enjoyed a morning walk through the neighborhood and down the beach walk. The locations is also great, we were close to Destin Commons and only a 5 minute drive to the outlet mall. We will diffidently be back. The only draw back is the downstairs bedroom has two sets of bunk beds instead of a queen bed and one set of bunk beds.

Our experience with renting this property was reasonable, prompt, convenient. Location was amazing and the walk to the beach is short and sweet! House is just as it is in the pictures. Beautiful home! The pool was also absolutely amazing! Night swimming in a heated clean pool is awesome! I would definitely recommend this home to everyone, and I will definitely stay again. The only thing I would recommend is to have zip lock bags, extra garbage bags, extra toilet paper, and paper towels!

Beautiful house and location
Our family of 7 stayed here for 5 nights. The house is as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. The heated pool in the evening after a sandy day at the beach was an added bonus. Pet friendly with fenced-in yard. Very communicative and responsive owners. Walked to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Be advised it's a private beach so no shade tents are allowed although you can rent two chairs and an umbrella for $60/day or bring your own small umbrella. The kitchen is on the small side, but the grill in the backyard makes up for that. Definitely recommend. Would stay again.
