We stayed here for New Year’s Eve. Staff at check in and check out were very friendly and fun. We used valet parking $40 for overnight. Didn’t have to worry about the stress of finding parking in downtown Detroit on NYE. We had a river view room on the 17th floor. It was a nice size and great views of Canada and river front. Traffic was a bit nosey being right in the road but that is expected in the area.

If you can drive up and out of downtown it worth it to get a better hotel. Bathroom is not in convenient shape. They don’t provide free hot water or drink during day or after breakfast time unlike other hotels. Parking is so expensive and had to park cross street for 1/3 price. They want $40 a day. Not enough activity around area. Breakfast is pay service and bad quality food. Staff are good and polite overall.
