We booked about six months in advance and within that six month period our plans changed by one day. In the afternoon of day before the day we were leaving I got a message that, check-out time was 11, the cleaner was there, when were we leaving. I had forgotten to notify to owner we would be staying another day. I was in a panic as we hadn't packed, we were not at the house, we needed another place to stay that night. The manager had requested I call him, unfortunately on VERBO the number was x'ed out. I emailed the manager and he responded in a relatively short time that we could in fact book another night. We booked quickly and stayed.
I think maybe VERBO should send an automated message the day before moving day. In addition, VERBO should not X out phone numbers.
