Dont Stay - find something else

It took 1 hour to get the key card. First room we received keys to was already occupied! After 1 hour they found other rooms and we had to split up. We were promised upgrade the next morning. No upgrade and we finally received our room, not cleaned properly.

Weird hotel experience

Hotel has very lazy staff don’t by the lobby. Overall a really weird experience with relatives of the staff or something hanging out in lobby area. Keycard did not work Safe did not work Water leak in the hotel
