It is situated in the small hamlet of Le Treuil, thirty-five minutes from Bergerac Airport and located near Douzillac in the heart of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of southwestern France. There is a below-ground 9.6m x 4.6m swimming pool, a large barn dating back to 1872 and a private drive with parking available for two cars. The garden and grounds provide a spacious opportunity for outside eating and relaxation.
