The location of the hotel is great and just one stop from the main train station. It is located on a quaint plaza and mini Christmas market. It has nice touches such as free gluwein and treats in the lobby. The room was big and we had free access to items in the minibar. Everything was terrific except that we had to wait almost half an hour for someone to show up at the reception to check us in and give us our hotel keycard. Overall I highly recommend the place and would stay here again!

Hotel is close to centre of Dresden,10 min. with number 9 tram in front of the hotel... Nice price for comfort that you get,you have huge park and zoo to visit in walking distance

The electronic key card for my room did not work properly, I had to go up to the 3rd floor and go down with my luggage and then go up again. But that's not all, the same thing happened the next day when I couldn't get into the room after breakfast! If the card does not work, it must be replaced! One of the lights in the bathroom was not working and was damaged, and the door handle to the bathroom was poorly attached. When I tried to drink tea in the lobby in the evening, it turned out that the kettle had already been taken out(?) and the person on duty did not offer to return it. After all, there are too many "minor" flaws for such a hotel, as well as for any. Breakfast, cleanliness, silence were at an excellent level.

Before check out (12:00pm), hotel personnel knocked my door three times by 10:30am with no reason, they do not know English and it have made the hard communication.

Very clean rooms, new furniture, friendly reception, small refrigerator with drinks - so 8/10 There is no BAR😭 actually is some Asian bar who was closed. There is no Kettle in the room that we can make morning coffee (what is very important for me to wake up) and you can't get it from the hotel (of course we wanted to pay) and the third but not so important was the street train who was under our room every 20-30min 🙄

Clean room, free drinks, nice value!
The hotel room is spacious with brand new furniture. Free drinks in the refrigerator. Clean bathroom. Close proximity to bus stops. Parking is not free. Overall, highly recommended!

Super gelegen, alle Verkehrsmittel, alles für den täglichen Bedarf in der Nähe, auch zu Fuß durch den großen Garten in die Altstadt laufen macht Spaß. Die neue Einrichtung ist noch in gutem Zustand, bis auf die Gardinen. Die Haken in den Rollern der Gardinenschiene sind überlastet von den (schönen, schweren) Gardinen. In unserem Zimmer waren mindestens 4 Stück gebrochen.

Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht da mit Hund. Alles hat gepasst. Sehr freundlich , sauber, Frühstück war hervorragend. Ein bisschen teuer, aber so ist das nun mal. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch mal 😊

Soweit ganz OK. Die Rezeption war leider nur zeitweise besetzt, war aber kein Problem beim Check-in und Check-out. Die Sauberkeit von Zimmer und Bad war in Ordnung. An das Bett muss man sich gewöhnen, ist aber auch eine Gefühlsache. In Sachen der Funktionstüchtigkeit des Zimmers ist noch einiges zu verbessern. Die Vorhänge sind am Ende der Gardinenleiste ausgehangen und das schaut nicht schön aus. Die Ganzglastür im Bad hängt auf der Übergansschiene des Fußbodens, so dass man Angst hat, sie beim schließen. kaputt zu machen. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt und so haben die Kleinigkeiten nicht gestört.

Großes Zimmer und sauber. Die die Tür der Dusche war nicht dicht, sodass das Bad bisschen Unterwasser stand. Das Personal war beim einchecken sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
