Good location, very clean and a quiet hostel. But building is very big and shared bathroom is a hike down the hall. Has numerous places to sit and get work done. WiFi in lobby area not very strong.

Customer service
Front desk service was terrible. They told me that I would have to pay 2 euros extra per night for each additional towel that I wanted beyond the 2 towels allowed for my entire stay. A different front desk clerk the next day gave me the towels for free. On the positive side, the free breakfast was really good, but the dinner @ 7 euros charge was absolutely fantastic. On my last night there, the front desk clerk told me there was no food available for dinner - I went to the cook personally and he assured me that there was plenty of food, and I eventually was allowed to pay the 7 euros for the dinner. Had I listened to the front desk clerk and not followed up on my own, I would have had no meal that night. The customer service at this hotel is very minimal at best. Do not expect much from them

I can’t believe in 2019 hostels can advertise they have wifi and it doesn’t work. Awful As well only one washing machine and dryer for the entire hostel. Breakfast was also a rip off

The host requires a German identification to be checked in, something that is not stated in the policy of the hostal. I was visiting a friend so luckily I could registered with her ID otherwise I would have had to look for another place to stay.

A pleasant stay
Accommodation is a short walk away from the centre of Dresden. The hostel is quite busy but the staff is nice and helpful. Communication by email is fast. Breakfast is sufficient. Room is basic as in any youth hostel but comfortable. WIFI in the room worked fine.

you have to pay for the membership and city fee
The guest rooms are in a skyscraper, clean and comfortable. But the advertising is misleading since it claims cost which are not realistic. You have to include the membership fee and city tax for tourists. Also it offers (poorer) services of a hostel and not a hotel. So compared to other offers it is not worth sleeping there.

No wifi and very loud
This hostel was advertised as having wifi, which it doesn't. There is wifi in one room downstairs, that doesn't even have chairs to sit on. It was also very loud, which is to be expected in a youth hostel I suppose. The breakfast was great.

Cozy hotel, low budget and tasty breakfast
Nice room with private bathroom, clean and worth it's price. Very close to the sightseeing by walking distance. Nice breakfast at the open area and very welcoming and friendly staff.

This hostel was pretty good in its cleanliness, though there was no air conditioning, and no wi-fi in the room. We were in Dresden for one night travelling. They had good breakfast.

Nice to stay in Dresden
I stayed at this hostel to visited for Christmas market in Dresden. Location is not good location of this but I don't mind because I like working around! Also breakfast is enough quality for us ;) Staff was very kind and friendly!

Last minute choice
Lovely helpful staff, very clean. My only concern was it was very noisy during my stay. No fault of the staff, young people, late night football match during the Olympics, a recipe for noise sadly. Spoilt my stay, breakfast very good.
