Bedroom 4 – Twin-on-Twin Bunk Bed

Additional - Queen air mattress

Bathrooms:

Master Bathroom - jack-and-jill sinks, large tub, shower, water closet (toilet room with door within the bathroom)

Bathroom #2 - full bathroom in queen bedroom, newly tiled shower

Bathroom #3 - full bathroom off of the living room

All bathrooms have heated floors

House rules


Smoking is not allowed. There is a $500 fine if any guests smoke inside.

Pets are not allowed. There is a $500 fine if any guests bring a pet inside. Please note, this rule is due to one of our family members’ severe pet allergies, so any dander on the furniture would cause major issues for us.

We have contracted with a snow plowing company in the winter, but there is a snow shovel in the garage for your use as needed.

Please notify us of any issues or breaks so that we can repair them for you or for the next guest.

We will refund in full for any cancellations prior to 14 days before check in. If you cancel with 7 days of your check in date, we will charge $100 and refund 50%.
