We reserved a suite, the Oriental Suite. There are holes on the ceramic, the gas fireplace, after turning the fireplace on, we could smell the gas in the room and began to have a headache so we turned it off. The hottub, missing grout, not all the jets worked. The bed! The bed was hard as a rock, slanted on the right side, the bedding looks and feels like it is : old and thin. For 280$ for one night, we checked in at 16h30 and checked out at 22h00. Very uncomfortable and poor quality.

People were smoking pot just outside the entrance - (employees). Traffic and lights in the parking lot overnight. There seem to be homeless people staying in the rooms. Not a very secure place. I will not stay there again! Do not recommend.

Bad hotel.

Bain rouillé , banc de toilette craqué, toilette ne flush pas. Gens bête à la réception du genre le 2ème est fermé les portes sont gelées alors que mes amis sont au 2 eme. Sa réponse à la madame il nous manque d’employé mais honnêtement ouf Service médiocre Au retour le soir Banderoles ne pas passer ( genre meurtre) 2 voitures de police. On ne sait pas ce que c’était mais très mauvaise expérience. Never again

DO NOT STAY HERE. This is the worst place we've ever stayed at - when I say stay I mean for a few hours. After 20 min waiting to check in, we were told only a couple doors were working as the door card mechanisms had frozen. my husband had to help the lady find a door that worked. Finally got into a room, but couldn't both leave as we didn't have a card as the desk emergency card had to be used. The place is a total dump. We generally roll with these things as "experiences", but with no heat or air, mould on the tub walls and the fighting couple next door at midnight, we packed up. There was no desk people, door was locked with a phone number on the door. We had driven 10 hours that day so on 2 hours sleep we headed out overnight in snow for our last 6 hours. I'd rather sleep in the car.

La chambre n’était pas très propre. Le bain était sale avec des cernes et des cheveux dedans. Il y avait une odeur de cigarette dans la chambre, beaucoup de difficulté à dormir et quand j’ai réservé il y avait un poêle avec un petit feu au propane et il était brisée il ne marchais pas. Et le wifi pas bon beaucoup de misère à écouter un film
