JA Ocean View is a super hotel in a great location on The Walk. The staff are really amiable and are willing to go the extra mile. The traffic around The Walk is really heavy at times so it can be very noisy. Overall though would recommend.

It’s our second time at this hotel..and it’s been great as expected. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean at all times and breakfast is super.located at the marina area , perfect comfortable location..lots of restaurants around Definitely come back again

I liked location to the beach and JBR walk, breakfast was very good, my only dislike was - I didn’t get straight Dubai eye view room which I thought I paid for additionally as multiple other wings are also categorized as Dubai eye view, but those are view from the corner of the room next to balcony, not straight eye view. I suggest just get the Ocean view instead which might be cheaper and Dubai eye is still visible from the balcony as no guarantee you will get one if unavailable, and Ocean view is not bad either. Not sure what benefits were for VIP access as no one told me if there were any.
