There’s no pick up for guest arriving into Dubai from Terminal 2. The front desk staff was polite and friendly. And as I left the shuttle bus driver Naiseem was very courteous and informative as he took me back to the airport telling me more things to do around the hotel, hypermart, shopping stores all within walking distance. But the bed wasn’t as comfy as the hotel imagine it to be. However, my overall stay was outstanding and would stay again.

What I liked 1) location, proximity to the metro station and deira city center 2) friendliness of some employees of the hotel, especially Mr. Sanjay(Restaurant) was exceptional What I didn’t like 1) we were a family of 6 staying for 4 nights.( kids of 11,10,5 and 3years), even tho we asked for connecting rooms( subject to availability when we booked the hotel) we were not even offered. They didn’t try their best to help. 2) Hot water/cold water selectors in both room were not functioning very well. Maintenance is due. Apart from that, was good for its price! Nothing to complain about

The property was nice. The laundry was a bonus, but expensive. The shuttle to the airport nice. They could offer airport pick up as well. The excursion desk people should be more honest. And explain everything prior to booking. Overall, the staff was accommodating, the hotel was adequate. Close to public transportation.
