We arrived to the unit late in the evening and were greeted by Klember, who escorted us to the unit. Unfortunately, we were given physical keys and a key code option was unavailable. Upon entering the building, we immediately noticed multiple handwritten notes in the lobby warning of vandals trespassing onto the property. The building is in poor condition with visible damage to walls and locks, mold growing on walls and several lights out in corridor spaces. The unit itself was unmaintained as well. Several appliances were broken, the walls were visibly dirty, mechanical wires exposed and floors in need of repair. Additionally, the owners personal property was left in the corner. My family and I felt very uncomfortable staying here and ultimately checked into a hotel. Despite departing the property immediately, the owner refused a refund.
