The hotel is in the heart of Temple Bar so despite the noisy area the room we had overlooked the interior and was very quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Can recommend without hesitation.

Good things first: Amazing person at checkin who arranged for my room and was a v kind and friendly gentleman. Room was perfect ! I had requested for foam beddings due to allergies which was made available. I spent a lot of time at the Buskers bar which is total knockout place & special shout out to every single staff there who are extra caring and friendly; tried many drinks, great food, desserts over my 9 nights stay. The location is unbeatable. Very lively and busy Cons: the housekeeping needs to step up their game. Washroom sink was not cleaned even once over my 9 nights of stay, the floor wasnt cleaned everyday, room was missing coffee refills and clean cups andi had to go hunt down people for it; the room wasnt vacuumed everyday so after the initial few days i was hit hard by my allergies in a carpeted room which cud have been avoided had the housekeeping staff being little careful. Not everyone checks in with allergy alerts repeatedly notified over 3 months . Another issue is the AC. I had to call a couple of times to get them to set my room to “cool” mode and at 20C because my hot flashes cause me to overheat and then fall sick. They usually have the fans on without the cooling going.

This was not as represented in the pictures. It is a good location but Hotel is not nice. Way over priced. Then we couldn’t even get keys to our room due to a software update. You needed a key to access the elevator. Had to have someone on staff to let us in our room. Very inconvenient.

Clean, comfortable room. Very helpful and welcoming staff. The attached bar, Bruskers, with ping pong, pool tables and foosball in the basement rooms is really cool. We would stay here again.

Hotel staff excellent! They will hold your luggage until your room is ready. The only negative experience we had was from the buffet breakfast. Ran out of food. Not enough staff on hand. The “hot” food they did have available was cold.

Hotel was in an accident deal part of Dublin to get around the city. The staff and service were fantastic, we had to cancel our trip a day short due to the ferry going home was to be cancelled due to weather coming in and the staff were helpful and considerate of our situation
