Der Russian River Yacht Club ist ein Paradies für Wasserliebhaber! Dieses luxuriöse, komplett renovierte, super sonnige Haus am Fluss und das frei stehende, angedockte Yacht-Hausboot bieten Platz für 12 Erwachsene. An diesem privaten Strand am Fluss sind viele Outdoor-Aktivitäten möglich. Boccia-Plätze, Schwimmmatten, Kajaks, Stand-Up-Paddle-Boards, Neoprenanzüge, Schwimmwesten, Vogelbeobachtung, Robbenbesuche, Feuerstelle am Strand im Freien, Dachterrasse, Angeln, Schwimmen und Faulenzen am Strand. Perfekt für einen Work Retreat, ein Familientreffen oder einen Kurzurlaub mit Freunden. Der Eingang des Haupthauses befindet sich auf der zweiten Ebene, wo Sie das große Wohnzimmer mit offenem Grundriss (2 Schlafsofas und Couch) + Küche, große Fenster mit Blick auf den Fluss, 2 Schlafzimmer (1 Master Queen, 1 in voller Größe) finden ), 1. 5 Bad, Waschmaschine und Trockner, großes Deck w / 6-8 Personen Whirlpool, Gartenmöbel und Grill. Das Erdgeschoss ist die Master-Suite mit Queen-Size-Bad, 2 Schlafsofas, großen Fenstern mit Blick auf den Fluss, Schiebetür Zugang direkt zum Strand. Vom Haupthaus getrennt befindet sich das gemütliche Yachthausboot, das direkt am Strand angedockt wurde, um einige der besten Aussichten auf den Fluss und die Sonnenuntergänge in der Umgebung zu genießen. Das Yachthausboot bietet bequem Platz für 4 Personen und verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, eine Küche, einen Essbereich im Freien, eine Dachterrasse und eine Terrasse mit einem Whirlpool für 4 Personen. Das gesamte Haus ist ca. 2000 qm groß. Das Yachthausboot ist ungefähr 400 sq. Ft. Das Strandgrundstück ist 1/2 Morgen, doppeltes Los.

-Starten Sie eine Ladung Handtücher in der Waschmaschine.

-Entfernen Sie alle mitgebrachten Lebensmittel.

-Reinigen Sie Haustierabfälle und Haare.

We really liked the house. The beds were very comfortable. Beautiful view of the river. Easy to get on the river with the paddle boards! The only disappointment was the hot tub not working. Some of the girls were really looking forward to the hot tub but it was broken. A technician was sent but he couldn't fix it.

Best River VRBO yet!!
Absolutely loved the location of the property and all it had to offer. The house was perfect size and the deck with the hottub was lovely. The great room with large dining table, couches and pool table was a perfect gathering spot for our 3 families to hang out! We enjoyed the paddle boards, private beach and fire pit so much and will definitely be back again!!

Highly recommend and would stay again!
This house has everything you need kitchen accessory wise, beach kayaks/canoes/paddleboards, and even plenty of towels for the hot tub. We felt comfortable on the property with everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. Many areas to lounge inside or outside on the patio furniture on the deck or even beachside on the chairs. We were charged $40 for a paddle not making it to the correct location at time of departure, even though I communicated the only other location it could have been left. My only comments would be to have more warm comfortable blankets near the pullout beds and a thorough cleaning on the laundry machine was needed. None of these comments would affect me recommending or renting this location again. The privateness of this property is truly beautiful and the access to a private beach is worth every penny!

Great Location
Family and I came here with the kids for spring break. I can see the appeal of this home! It’s right on the Russian River, where you have access to many amenities including, paddle boards, canoes, and kayaks. Kids loved fishing! The home was spacious and clean with all the appropriate appliances to make dinner making easy. The outdoor patio with furniture, grill, picnic table and jacuzzi makes for a nice evening BBQ. Overall, I’d highly recommend and would stay in this home in the upcoming future.

Enjoyable! Two things wrong: The first night we had a roof leak. I woke up in the night to use the bath room and slipped on a 3 ft diameter puddle of water. The last day while getting ready to leave, the water turned brown and then it stopped running at all. We all did not get to shower and the toilet would not flush. Location was pretty but…
The property management was inattentive. The place was full of cobwebs. The air conditioning didn’t work and the heat meant we did not sleep. I will NEVER stay at a VRBO home if there is a property management company renting it. We emailed and we called numerous times. All efforts were ignored. This was very frustrating as we were planning a large family event. It severely added to the stress not being able to get confirmation and then trying to entertain in the hot house! Never again

Very pleasant stay
My family of 8 really enjoyed our stay here. Peaceful and so much to do between the kayaks & stand-up boards, the hot tub, the pool table, and the outdoor fireplace. I took away a star because the location is right on a fairly busy highway. While you are looking at the peaceful river and listening to the birds, you will also hear trucks and motorcycles zooming by. Now, some in our group felt it didn’t matter at all, others found it a distraction from the otherwise peacefulness - so you decide how it would affect you. Everyone in our group would be happy to return there.

Great space for groups
This is such a fun space for a large group with plenty of activities onsite, access to the river, games and comfortable peaceful seating areas. The only things I would mention are that the upstairs beds could be bigger and the downstairs room and boat are very musty which could be an issue for people with allergies but not much can be done considering the area is prone to flooding. Also, another kayak or two would be amazing! I would definitely return

We had a fabulous time at this house on the Russian River. We comfortably fit our family and friends in the house as there is ample space for hanging out - on the deck, hot tube, playing pool, fire pit/chiminea, boat, lounge chairs, river. It was pure bliss for 5 days. Will definitely reserve again!

Great place!
We really enjoyed our few days at the RRYC. The 6 and 3 year olds had a great time throwing rocks in the river when it was too cold to swim, and loved exploring the yacht. We also all enjoyed the various kayaks and SUP's as well as the bocce ball and horseshoes; there was a LOT to do! Kitchen was pretty well equipped as well. And Rachel was so very responsive and helpful; that was much appreciated! The only slightly negative thing to be aware of is that the suite in the basement is really cold (even when the weather was hot) and also damp so towels don't dry. So bring a sweater if you're staying down there! And, a clarification to the listing: the beds upstairs are all queen-size (the listing sometimes says 'double'). And those upstairs bedrooms, while smallish, are bigger than they look like in the pics. We loved our time here!

Perfect getaway…
My family and I absolutely loved this house! Our stay flew by entirely way too quickly and I’m already missing the tranquility the RRYC house/property offers. Its incredibly spacious and offers ample amenities. My family consisted of 5 adults, 2 teens and a tween. The yacht was a HUGE hit, and the pool table was constantly in use. Bocce ball, river toys and a welcoming hot tub were utilized daily as well. Watching the daily jaunts the cows would make across the street was actually something we enjoyed watching and listening too as well. Lol. Rachel made the check-in process incredibly easy for us and would always respond to my messages rather quickly, which was fantastic! I HIGHLY recommend this property to others, especially those traveling in larger groups like ours, as there’s so much to do and the home is incredibly spacious, so you’ll never feel like you’re sitting on top of each other. The home also has adequate dishes and towels for larger families as well. Perfect place for a little R&R. I hope to come back again. Thanks again for everything Rachel!

Property location and outside area is better than expected! House is small-ish for groups of friends that might be looking for some privacy. It rained, hailed, and rainbowed throughout the weekend, what a magical location.

Great Family Retreat
The property was exactly as described. Our family of 4 adults and 2 kids had a great long weekend stay here. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space when wanted and a great living area for family games and movie night. The hot tub was hot and ready for us when we arrived which was very welcoming after a long drive there which was most appreciated. The house was very clean and had a good amount of towels, bedding and cooking utensils. We didn't have an issue with the wi-fi or cell reception at all. We played with paddleboards in the river and enjoyed the outdoor fireplace. The little shopping center in Dunkin Mills was great for souvenirs and the drives to both Bodega Bay and Fort Ross were beautiful and great day trips.

Casual and fun!
Our family enjoyed the relaxed nature of this home. The view of and access to the river was great. Two of the upstairs rooms are listed as queens but they are smaller than that. It was a great spot to get away from it all.

Great family house on the river
Really cute family house on the Russian River between Duncan Mills and Jenner. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of DVD's to choose from plus Direct TV is now available too. There's no cell phone coverage and for some reason the internet only worked from 6-7am for us so pretty much non-existent. Be careful pulling in/out of driveway as cars speed on River Road and there is not much room to pull in to open/close the gate.

Amazing river-front property
We loved this house! It was perfect for our group of 8 (4 couples) to celebrate my 40th birthday. The home was as depicted in photos and Rachel was so easy to work with. There was an issue with the water well before we arrived, but Rachel was able to have water delivered to fill the water tank. We didn’t have any issues with the water or pressure. The location of the house right on the river was great for kayaking. There was a bad algae problem in the river, though, which obviously wasn’t the owner’s fault. Just an FYI because it’s apparently quite common.

Gorgeous location great amenities
Our family of 5 aged 8-57 and our friends with their teenager all had a great time. We enjoyed the hot tub, the horse shoes, the kayak, and walking along the river. The beach nearby offered a wonderful day for all. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Rachel was a great contact full of all the information we needed in a timely manner. Family vacation
Stunning large property. Plenty of room for 10 family members. Kayaks, boce, horseshoes, firepit, jacuzzi, pool table, and a cook’s kitchen. Enough parking for many cars, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Huge deck with lots of comfortable seating.

Weekend getaway
We had a family getaway weekend with a wide variety of ages. The house was prepared for all ages. There was a kids corner with childrens toys, a pool table for the young adults and adults and movies of all genres. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The boat house is more of a novelty than a useable space. We were disappointed by the water levels. They were so low and so many signs about an algae bloom kept us from enjoying the entire reason we booked the house- private access to the river. If we were to book again it would be earlier in the season so we might be able to enjoy the river.
