We stayed in one of the Level rooms which was lovely, albeit a bit hot. Only reason for the 4 and not 5 was the service in the Level lounge. It was great one evening, but a bit inconsistent the other.

I stayed at Meliá Düsseldorf for a week and it was fantastic, the breakfast was really good and the Level lounge was amazing. The straff was super kind, location of the Hotel was good and the parking garage was really good.

great location, grat staff behing the desk and same quality service in the restaurant. just one remark, we were in the hotel last week two times. the first room had an issue with the safe and few things missing in the bathroom like kleenex. in the second one, towels were missing and again kleenex too.
