The 7th Street Retreat (such a cute name) was well maintained, spotless, and had all we needed for our stay. Lots of sleeping options and comfortable beds.
The game room is a separate building, which makes for nice separation when some people are ready to be loud and others want to curl up with a book! The property is on a quiet cul-de-sac but only minutes to many restaurants and groceries.
We swam every day, braving the chill of shoulder season temperatures was worth it in such sunny weather. The pool has a small shallow end and a steep drop to a deep end that felt like 10 feet deep. Fun for diving-for-treasue games!
The property management company, Evolve, was very slow at communicating (they actually lost out on revenue for additional nights I inquired about because I had to book a different property before they finally responded). Once I got connected with the local property owner/manager, Monique, a few days before our stay it was much better. She was very responsive and helpful at every turn.
We'd definitely return for more relaxed fun and games!
