We had a fantastic time staying in apex Waterloo Edinburgh. All Staff were amazing, very helpful, friendly, approachable and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay perfect. Bedroom was good but only slight improvement would be my mattress. Bar was lovely and cosy and good to sit in for a nightcap. Breakfast excellent too. We will return for sure:) thank you to all staff.

Lovely modern hotel in central location.
Lovely modern hotel in an excellent central location. Large suite with a big bathroom. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Could have done with a touch more decorative items but no complaints, the bed was very comfortable. Food and service was very good. Have stayed before and will again.

I have already shared my feedback directly with the hotel. The check-in was exceptional amongst the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. But the bar staff are verging on ignorant and disinterested. For a so-called four star hotel I find the service nothing short of shocking

This hotel was very conveniently close to the train station, Calton Hill and the Christmas market. The room was big and clean. Surprisingly, there was more noise coming from the hallway than from the outside. I would love to stay here again.

Well situated Hotel for the East of the city, close to shopping, theatre and Xmas market. Unfortunately for us refurbishments on our floor affected our rest and pool pump broke so missed the pool too which affected our stay this time. Would use again though, to give them a 2nd chance

Lovely stay- perfect location!
