Overall, our vacation was good at this home. We went midway through the Coronavirus pandemic. A lot of places were closed down, but being on the ocean made up for it. The house is directly on the beach. There is a lot of restaurants around to choose from. We had to order pickup so we didn’t get to experience the locations. They looked very nice. The deck directly above the sand was amazing! The house is large. There were two downsides to the vacation. 1. The cleanliness of the house. The windows to the ocean-view were dirty and smudged so much that we couldn’t see outside clearly to view the ocean. The bathrooms were very run down, with a little mold on the wall in one of the bathrooms. The floors in the bathroom could easily be replaced to make the bathrooms more clean. The shower head and control to turn on and off were old and need replaced. There were spiders in the rooms when we took off the blanket on the bed. They were small and we simply washed the blankets again. The floors weren’t adequately cleaned. The couches were old and dusty looking. We informed the property manager and they thanked us for letting them know. All of this can be addressed and fixed for future stays. The kitchen was very clean, which was a positive! It wasn’t unbearable, but definitely needs to be worked on. The other issue was that we had no wifi during our stay, except for the first day. Due to COVID19, ATT wasn’t able to get someone out to address the issue until after our stay. It was difficult because I work remotely. I had to purchase a hotspot to work. The situation was understandable due to COVID19. Overall, the property managers were helpful. I would recommend as long as they fixed up bathrooms and had the cleaners do a better, more job depth clean!
