You have full and total access of our suite during your stay, including the garage located the back side of the home. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to Mayfield Common - one of the most vibrant shopping districts in all of Edmonton!

Getting around
The Westwood neighborhood in Edmonton is well-connected to the rest of the city, making it easy to get around and explore all that Edmonton has to offer. The location of the listing is within walking distance from the nearest bus stop, making public transportation a breeze. Additionally, the proximity to the downtown core means that you can easily walk or bike to many popular destinations.

There are also bike-sharing services available nearby. For those who prefer to drive, there is ample street parking available, and major roads and highways are easily accessible. With so many transportation options available, you'll have no trouble getting around and enjoying your time in Edmonton.

We also have ample free street parking available in front and around the property and we also offer garage parking for 1 vehicle so finding a space for your vehicle will be a breeze.

✦ SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD AND RENTAL AGREEMENT AFTER BOOKING✦
This property requires a $500 CAD security deposit hold once reservation is confirmed along with a digital signature on our rental agreement. Automatic instructions will be sent right after your booking confirmation. The security deposit hold is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file which will be collected 2 days before check-in and released 5 days after check-out, assuming there is no damage to the property and all our house rules have been followed. This task is done by our API-connected software to this platform. We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay.

We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
