Great location, safe, & lots of room, poor communication with owner
We stayed at the condo for an Oilers game and loved the location which was only a 10 minute walk from the arena! The place was perfect with lots of room for myself and 3 teen/tweens. The only negative feedback is the communication with the owner. He wouldn't answer my questions about parking prior to check in day nor did he mention that we needed to get the fob prior to accessing the underground parking lot and where it was located. There was a lot of ice built up on the steep ramp and we couldn't back up. Luckily, the property manager saw us on camera and came to help/ let us in without a fob. It was check in time (4pm) and the cleaners were still there / parked in the designated spot but the owner didn't answer my call. Instead he messaged me saying the unit wouldn't be ready until after 5pm. The property manager took us to the unit and the cleaners were so gracious letting us stay in one of the rooms that was clean so the kids could get ready for the game. Kudos to the property manager and the cleaners who accommodated us.
