We have stayed before many times. Unfortunately this time I was severely disappointed, the shower had back mild in all the corners Wall paper falling off the walls and when we filled the hot tub up and turned on the bubbles, I’m not sure what came out of the jets but it was human fluids of the most disgusting type Very very disappointing especially when it’s almost 500$ a night

Had two rooms booked and there were noises in both rooms all night long and the fire alarm went off at 8:30 in the morning in the entire hotel. They definitely charge enough. It’s time to spend some money and fix up some of the infrastructure in the hotel it’s getting to be very dated

Always great to stay at this hotel that is attached to West Edmonton Mall; super convenient to shop, play, rest at our leisure and not have to worry too much about where everyone is in the party. We actually used valet service during this visit because of the chaos of parking on boxing day with a tall vehicle, and they were great and helpful, especially when trying to load and unload our luggage. During this stay, we were very disappointed with housekeeping. They knocked on our door later at night (~10pm) to deliver an item we had requested earlier in the day, but they were not courteous to speak quieter when we asked them to multiple times, telling him that we have a sleeping baby in the room, because we had finally just gotten our baby to sleep after fussing for a couple of hours. Otherwise, the stay was great! They were able to accommodate for our large party to stay on the same floor as well!

Waited in line for about 40 minutes. Then checked in. She said my rooms ready and to wait to the side and ill be text, so my kids and i waited another 40 minutes and so i waited in line again, for the other staff to say, yes its ready. And handed me the key. For $420 a night and wasting so much time with this makes me not want to come again. Also no microwave, house coats or breakfast for what youd expect for the cost.

TV service is Aweful
For the price your paying per night, i Suggest they get into the 2000's with there TV service.. They have about 30 channels total and half French and half English. Please upgrade your TV listings fantasyland, its currently BRUTAL!!! at least get AMC channel..
