The room was very nice and clean. The regular beds were really comfortable. The only issues we had were the pull out bed was to uncomfortable for my 11 year old to sleep on. And the water slide was turned off off as well as the hot tub jets. We notified the front desk and it took them almost an hour to send some one. Another family at the pool said they have to do this every time they come. The hotel was really quiet making it easy to relax in the room and the staff was really friendly as well.

Great staff, happy with the stay. Missed 5 stars due to hot tub being same temp as the pool and cut our first pool night short because child got too cold and couldn't warm up. This was corrected by the time we went a couple days later.

Excellent staff and pool for the kids. Breakfast is exceptional. So good!! Set up is nice and it is very clean. New area so not much else around unless you are driving. Notice the hotel vibrates at 7 am every day. Bed included. Not sure if it’s a generator starting up or what.
