Arrived at the lobby and there was no one there. Rang the bell, called the number, just got a recording. Finally the bartender came to try and help. He knew the cell of the person "on duty". Called twice no answer. Finally I called and got an answer. Took about 30 minutes to do.

They say it includes breakfast, don't be fooled, only cereal and stale mini muffins. I had to ring the bell 3 times and wait 5 minutes for the guy to come to the counter, the room was clean enough but hallway and floors very dirty

Breakfast basically non existent, flies in the juice and on all the fruit, no other food except cereal, room was clean as far as I could tell. No one at the front to check in, hotel is old, exterior doors don’t lock so anyone could enter property anytime, price wasn’t great compared to other hotels, only booked this one as it had 3 beds and we didn’t shop around, big mistake.

Am disappointed this motel with name “hotel” owned by Wyndham, the facilities and property outside appearance look run-down, 1/2 of shower water coming from the faucet, the staff asked me to pay first before entering the room, honest, if I had not paid, I would NOT stay here at all. There are a few hotels with similar pricing in the city for me to choose. I was misled by the hotel name, and Disappointed with Wyndham’s management. I would NOT stay in this hotel for my next business trip, which I need to come here annually.

2:30pm didn’t let me check in with my baby. People outside talking too loud. (Staff from the hotel). I promise it was one more person who yelled at them requesting to keep it quiet Not me. But the most annoying and weird part was the front deck guy nock at the door and OPEN IT & asked for the towels while we were a sleeping At 9 o’clock am he woke up my 1 yrs old baby I was so mad. Terrible terrible management there I say. Poor sense of customer service. My question they don’t have enough towels that they need to bother people before my check out time?

Air conditioner too noisy for sleeping period breakfast had nothing significant left even though I was down there at 730 restaurant restaurant lounge closed although advertised is open on website Workers exit worker's exiting early morning at 6 AM we're making a ton of noise in the hallway Room was fine but other problems cause that's not to enjoy

While the hotel was basically what I expected, my entire visit was ruined by the housekeeping staff that saw me naked this morning. I've stayed in a lot of hotels, but never one where the male housekeepers enter the rooms at 10am (when checkout isn't until 12,) without even knocking first. He just walked right in! When I groggily said "hello??" while trying to cover my nude body, he responded with "housekeeping." I said "No!" and assumed that he left the room. A few seconds later, I heard the bathroom fan turn on, and realized he was still in the room. So, I finally said "Excuse me! We're in here, please leave!" He then grabbed every towel and bolted from the bathroom. So, I couldn’t even have a shower before I left! This is not okay! What kind of a hotel allows that to happen??
