1. Hotel has introduced card only payments which is unacceptable and really annoying. Allegedly this is for safety of staff, but I find this unpersuasive. 2. Room safe did not work, which I reported on first day of stay. It was still not working when I checked out 3 days later.

Located right outside the station, Eindhoven is very walkable! Was in town for PSV match and got to stadium in 13 minutes walking, route back was just as easy! Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

The staff are great but the standard of the property is poor to average. The heating didn’t work, we couldn’t call reception as we had no idea how to (no info given) and too exhausted to go all the way back to reception. Bed was too soft for us and the breakfast wasn’t the best choice. I normally stay elsewhere but thought we’d try this. Some rooms are simply dated and need updating. I’ll stick to my normal hotel. But location is fabulous, but noisy on our side from drunks on the road but ok apart from that.
