The Brawley stay

Overall, not horrible. But, room just so so. There was misc crumbs on floor, half empty beer can in fridge and misc broken floor tiles. The Hot Water was less than great, luke warm at best. Friendly staff and nice restaurant on site.

Rooms looked a bit used for a 3-Star motel. It was clean, but bath tub had a patch covering a crack. Patches in the ceiling were present. Connecting door to other room was not sound proof, enabling to hear my neighbor when she spoke. Free breakfast offered a small selection.

This place could use a refresh for sure. Do not rely on the breakfast bar! No WiFi for my entire stay, and I was there for business....Not good in a modern world. Quite noisy with all the workers around. I won't return for my next business trip. Positive note: very friendly staff

My room was very dirty and a big stain above one of the beds on the ceiling with some things that appear to be black mold. The carpet was not clean and there was a bad smell in the room, stains and drips on the walls. There were lots of men hanging around outside the hotel rooms making it seem uncomfortable. we had to go find a new place to stay we could not spend the night.
