Luggage cart hoarding by sports families!
We did not receive the room we had requested through your website. We had to make a less than desired room choice. The room was far down the hallway from the elevator(we are seniors). The bathroom did not possess a magnified makeup mirror near the sink. In previous stays, the bath had this feature. The TV located in the bedroom kept losing the satellite signal during telecast. Last, but equally important - there were NO Luggage Carts anywhere to be found! All the sports families kept the carts in their rooms - for their children's equipment!!
