"Das erste Zimmer, das man uns gab war voller Termiten (lebend und tot), dicke Schmutzschicht auf Nachttisch und Schrank, Rezeptionistin hat uns anstandslos ein anderes gegeben, trotzdem unverständlich, warum man Gäste in ein schmutziges Zimmer eincheckt - um ihnen dann zu erklären „It‘s the Territory“.
Vereinbarter Check-In Code wurde ebenfalls nicht vorab geschickt, wir mussten 1,5 Stunden warten."
