The hotel was great. It was conveniently located close to everything and had a clean, welcoming vibe. It’s about 30 minutes away from the Paipai Zoo, and the food was excellent. One downside, though, is that I use insulin for medication, which needs to be refrigerated. Unfortunately, only the suites have refrigerators, so I would recommend booking a suite if you need one. The standard room we stayed in was very spacious. I would definitely stay here again for future vacations in Ensenada.

I have to start with we specifically pick this hotel because they promote themselves with a heated pool when I called and asked what the controlledtemperature was for the pool. They told me 80° when we arrive. The pool was lukewarm more like 68° we were very much disappointed for the false advertisement because that would’ve made a huge impact on where we decided to stay. The other negative thing I have to say is that their beds are literally a rock. We had a total of five rooms and all of the beds felt like I was sleeping on the floor. Says we stayed there a couple of days I couldn’t wait to leave my body is so sore from sleeping there other than that the location is amazing so many restaurants very much safe parking was safe and all the staff was super friendly if they upgrade their bed mattresses and actually keep their pool temperature controlled as they advertise. I will probably stay here again. Otherwise I don’t think I would stay here again

Not a great stay the lady few times.

Not so good. We arrived early, the hotel was empty, the earliest check in was 1pm. Which is fine but in other occasions they’ve allowed us in earlier. They wanted to charge us extra for an upgrade and earlier check in when I’m a Gold member. Also, only gave us the 10% discount. I told them I was a gold member and they said they didn’t see that on their end. The hotel was empty the two days I was there.

Very clean.. parking was very niceand safe,, didn't have an issue. the pool was very clean, hardly anybody because of the season, but ithe water was warm. front desk staff was very nice, helpful, smiley, no complaints at all. parking very safe. I like the fact that as soon as I open the hotel front door I am in the street that has all the events and blah blah blah.. Every thing is walking distance.
