The spacious double room on the ground floor of the house has a size of 26m² and has a sitting area with TV, two single beds and a wardrobe. The shower is integrated in the room. Our house is located in a quiet, sophisticated residential area with proximity to the egapark, the fair and old town. In the breakfast room coffee maker and fridge are available. Bicycles can be parked safely in the yard.
