Everything i could hope for in a hotel
The bed was sooo soft and comfortable! I sank into it and fell asleep almost instantly. Its rare to find a nice hotel with super soft and comfortable beds, plus free breakfast, at a reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was very nice and the hptel itself was very nice as well

This place needs alot of maintence and the bathrooms were gross. Took 4 rooms to find a suitable room. Even then is was ok. Terlynn at desk watched her phone and didnt even see me. Just keep watching the show. I will be asking hotel for a discount. Staff didnt offer nothing for inconvenience

Poorly maintained facility and very dirty bathroom
The building was not maintained very well with a very icy parking lot and garbage and debris throughout the hallway leading to my room. The room was filthy with splatters of a red substance in the bathroom and near the vanity. The floor and baseboards in the bathroom were dirty. The shower was unappealing to use, and I avoided using it. A smoke alarm was chirping nearby indicating the battery needed to be replaced. The staff did respond to my call to have the chirping be stopped so I could sleep, but it had been chirping all day so was not taken care of by staff on their own. Overall, this facility is not being maintained; and I left my reservation early in order to stay somewhere else.

The Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible. The only place that I could pick up Wi-Fi was in the bathroom in my room. Pillows were so small I needed for just to make up the size of a normal pillow. The hotel smelled like cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking, and I heard a dog consistently barking throughout my stay.

We stayed during a heavy snowfall at the end of November in Erie, Pennsylvania. The upkeep of the parking lots and spaces was terrible. We had to trudge through 2 feet of snow to get to our vehicle which had been plowed in. Thank goodness for 4 wheel drive.
