Best part of this property was the GREAT location - easy walk into town so never had to worry about parking in Estes Park. The biggest downside for us was there was no table to eat family meals at (or for me to set up to work remotely). I probably should have noticed that in the pics. It wouldn't be an issue if you weren't eating there or are used to eating on the couch. For us, the reason to book with a kitchen was so that we could eat meals at our condo which didn't work out great. There was a (small) patio table we ate meals at weather permitting.
Also, the wifi was fine early in the week but once more people started to arrive for the weekend the latter part of the week the wifi was hard to access, others in the building were experiencing the same. Not great if you have a member of your party who is sick and staying in with nothing to do but watch TV that doesn't work (my Dad got COVID while we were there), or if you are like me and need to be in touch with your office while away.
All that said, it is a great little place if you just want a place to stay in a great location and don't need a kitchen table or wifi! For me, if those were my needs I'd probably save money and book a hotel.
Oh, we never could get the ceiling fans to work but the property manager did send someone to try and work on them while we were there. Apparently they were new and not installed correctly. Hopefully they get that sorted out.
