Amazing spot
We absolutely loved our time here. The space was perfect and in a great location for walking all around Estes. The hosts were so helpful and provided everything that would elevate anyone's stay/experience. Highly recommend!

The Estes Gem
We were fortunate enough to find this beautiful condo sitting directly above a game store called Colorado Games on the main strip overlooking a breathtaking view of a little river! The condo was very roomy and decorated so cute! It felt so homey! They had the condo stocked with extra towels, paper towels, toilet paper.. they also had a fully stocked kitchen which for any family traveling is extremely helpful! We can’t wait to come back and stay again soon!

Week of bliss
This luxury Condo is the beginning of the strip of shops and restaurants. With the parking supplied it's just wonderful to walk out and enjoy the town and to be able to walk back in and relax in the balcony. The accommodations were just wonderful, large rooms, open kitchen, dinning and family room for entertaining. We so appreciate the listing!!

Beautiful Property Excellent Location
A beautiful condo. Very large and roomy. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable and relaxing setting. Four TVs. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the beautiful deck overlooking the big Thompson river. We were lucky enough one evening to see a bull elk and his harem cross the river right in front of our balcony. The beds were comfortable. We had a great stay and didn’t want to leave.

Perfect place to stay in Estes Park
This place is absolutely amazing!! I can't think of a single thing that would improve it. Location is great...we walked all over the area. Also close to the National Park for drive and hiking trails. I definitely will book this place in the future. Oh, and the hosts are absolutely the best. We had to postpone our original trip in 2023 due to a family member's accident and Karen went above and beyond in making sure our trip took place at a later date convenient for us. You will not be disappointed if you book this condo.

Wonderful Visit in a Great Loft
We loved the cleanliness and the location of this loft. We especially appreciated the welcome binder provided with a list of local restaurants with their favorites marked- this made it very easy to figure where we should go to dinner and not feel like we were overlooking any options. Included in the binder was a local discount card- we used this several times. The kitchen had lots of utensils and a good amount of supplies. Thanks for a great stay!

Convenient location to downtown
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very convenient to get to downtown activities as well as access to the walking trails. The only thing that wasn’t clear was the steps going up to the unit were quite long and the parking is just not as easy but manageable. Regardless, we would happily stay again.

Family trip to Estes Park
My wife and 3 kids recently stayed here. It is an extremely spacious, clean condo that is the perfect location if you want to spend time in Estes Park. We walked down to Kind Coffee each morning, my sons and I were able to walk down the river to enjoy some fly fishing and my daughter and wife were able to explore the main drag without ever needing our car. Would definitely stay in this unit again in the future.

The condo was absolutely amazing and perfect for our family trip to Estes Park. The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious, and the view from the balcony is outstanding. The Big Thompson River runs right behind the condo and there is a nice little walkway next to the river that is lined with shops and restaurants -- you can't ask for a better location. The pathway also leads to Lake Estes where you are sure to see some Elk. The sound from the river was very relaxing and the hummingbirds kept us entertained every morning while we drank our coffee on the balcony (Kind Coffee is located in the same building as the condo). The beds were very comfortable, as were the multiple couches located both in the Living Room and the TV room. I asked the Property Manager a ton of questions and she always got back to me promptly -- she could not have been more helpful. We honestly can't wait to go back.

Amazing location
Thank you for giving others a chance to stay here to enjoy Estes Park. You've gone out of your way by providing everything for families with toddlers. It was obvious to us you take great satisfaction in having everyone experience a 5 star Presidential stay. This luxury townhouse is in a location where you can find everything you need within walking distance. My only regret in sharing this experience with everyone may make my next stay here difficult to find a reservation. Thank you for the chance to experience this beautiful place.

Love this place!
We loved this condo! So welcoming and clean and location was perfect! Has everything you need! Family of 5 plus Grandma and we had so much space to spread out. Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river and people while watching the humming birds feed from the feeder! The hosts are amazing and responsive if you need them! What a beautiful and welcoming rental! This place was perfect for our family! What an awesome location! We were minutes from every wedding venue we attended! Loved walking along the river to the lake!! Thanks as well for the amenity drawer in the bathroom, we took advantage of the “altitude “ pills! All us sea level types had a time adjusting to the altitude there! I highly recommend this property!

Condo was spacious, parking lot across the street was not good during the day, most of the time full. Parking garage down the street was available with shuttle. The hosts were great to work with!
