We got into town around 4:15 p.m. and the room wasn't ready. Lobby was packed with guest waiting on rooms when check in was at 4 p.m. We received keys to our room around 5 but it was in a completely different building and location.

Checkin was supposed to be 4pm went to desk at 5:30 and was told our room wasn’t ready housekeeping was behind. We were 16th on the list to be able to get our room. Wallpaper was falling down and the shower was a handicaped wheel in style, not what we booked

Other than not having a safe or refrigerator in our room, and the fast we saw a baby’s sock in the drawers, overall it was still a nice stay! Wish it would be a bit cleaner for the rooms

This hotel is filthy dirty- every area is dirty: the lobby, the rooms, the carpet, the bathrooms. Only one elevator works. And, our room was not ready until 2 hours after check-in, which we were not made aware of ahead of time. The front desk staff was rude in every interaction I had with them (which was 2 different shifts). The entire place reeks of smoke- including my “non-smoking” room. I do not recommend this hotel.

Nice If You Book Right

I made the mistake of booking in the Legends Tower, which is opposite side of the casino and a ghost town. Kinda depressing with the vacant feeling. Room and bath were perfectly nice but wanted to be closer to the action.
