Stayed here recently on a road trip out West while visiting some national parks in the area. Our stay was ok but would likely not stay here again. Note the combo box is on the front door but you will actually park and unload in the back.
PROS: location close to National parks, cute downtown area (try Exeter Coffee Company!), seems to be a safe area, close to needed amenities, plenty of bed space for our family of 5, as cat lovers we enjoyed the stray cats hanging around the property, access to washer and dryer
CONS: host has guests shut off a/c when leaving so unit was 90 degrees when we arrived and it took over 4 hours to cool down to a reasonable temp, outside of the property is run down and not the oasis depicted, kitchen is not adequately stocked for cooking a meal, description states there is an ice maker but the refrigerator was not hooked up to a water line, half the blinds could not be tilted close which we did not like since we were in an unfamiliar area, found several dead cockroaches on the floor (at least this means they likely treated for them), vacuum cleaner was completely stuffed full and we had to empty it in order to use it
With some additional attention to detail this property could be great but for us it fell short of expectations. Property manger reached out after our arrival asking how things were and never bothered to respond to my response. Only seemed to get canned scripted responses that were likely sent to all guests.
