This fully air-conditioned, comfortable studio unit with a high raked ceiling is ideal for a couple. Located within walking distance from the Ningaloo Aquarium, Visitor Centre and Exmouth town with shops, cafes and restaurants.

The unit has a generous King size bed, a wall mounted flat-screen TV, a small sitting area with two chairs, and a bathroom with a shower and a bath*.

Access to Wi-Fi is provided.

Limited cooking facilities: a microwave, a small fridge, a kettle and a toaster.

Use the barbeque and enjoy alfresco meals in the outside dining area.

The relaxing Osprey Village pool area is a wonderful way to cool down after a sunny Exmouth day.

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

Lovely little place to stay, close to the Potshot Hotel (for a great local pub/motel) if you don't want a backpackers, share accommodation or camping, Osprey village is the next most reasonable priced accommodation in the area. I very much enjoyed the unit I stayed in, bed was comfortable, amenities were satisfactory and privacy was perfect. The pool is a cute little oasis to lounge around in, for a relaxing day off from all the Ningaloo activities & tours I went on. Others staying in the property were all very respectful of the rules & all very friendly. Had a few gecko's visiting inside, but I loved that, I find them adorable. Property is close enough to the main shops, bakery, pubs, tour booking companies (WhalesharknDive were my choice & delivered a fabulous day) & Information centre... Not close to Town Beach, but that wasn't really worth walking the 2.9 km's to anyway. I would definitely recommend Osprey village to stay in, however travel with a buddy so you can go halves in the price of the property. Best option I could find in the area to not have to share accomodation.

An absolute rip off. For $330 a night we got a dirty and poorly maintained unit. This included cobwebs off ceiling , chipped mismatch of crockery,half packet of ratsack under chair and a bathroom and spa that you felt you needed a tetanus needle if used.Hopeless management that replaced our broken toilet seat and did a half- hearted effort to reclean the shower recess. All in all a very disappointing stay.

Not quite value for money!
The property is quite old & is showing wear & tear. Tiles on shower recess floor are badly stained but they look grubby. No cover for your car! No laundry on site. The other larger units have there own laundry. The small BBQ is kept inside the wardrobe space!! Not a good idea as you can actually smell the greasey bbq smell which is why I didn't hang any of my clothes in there ! The vertical blinds don't actually give enough privacy as there is quite a gap at the end where people could easily see in at night when the interior lights are on. I arrived late at night and the lock box numbers were difficult to read, even with my phone torch. Surprised to read in the info book that the property needs to be vacuumed or swept upon vacating...especially when there is a cleaning fee built into the price!!
