Family Stay for Wedding at Grand Tradition
I booked this venue so I could stay the night before my wedding with my adult children and their spouses, and my 8 yr old son and grandson. They had the best time swimming, golfing, playing poker and pool. It was so amazing to have that time to connect and bond before the big day. I would definitely stay again if they all come back to town for a family gathering. Plenty of space, the game room and yard was the highlight of our stay. The hosts, Eric & Neda checked in a few times to see if there was anything we needed.

R & D Kernutt Family Get-To-Gether 2024
The Grand Lux II provides a luxurious place to stay and is just as the pictures displayed it. Our entire family from our grandchildren of 1, 2, 4, 6, and 17 years old, along their parents and us loved the place! The yard, pool, outdoor BBQ, game room, full house and casita provided lots of space for all to gather or go to separate areas and have fun. Eric was great about checking in to see about any needs or questions, but the guide they provide about the home and surrounding area provided all the information we needed and more. (We enjoyed the wineries and local restaurants, too!) Thanks for allowing us to stay and we look forward to visiting again!

Wonderful family summer vacation!
We had a group of 16 of us, 6 adults and 10 teens for our family summer vacation! We all had a wonderful time here. The home had plenty of room and everything we needed for our 4 day trip. The game room was amazing, lots of fun activities that kept the teens entertained, along with an amazing pool! One Of The Best VRBO Properties We've Ever Had
My "hard as nails" rating for this property is a 4.95. The discount is for the fact that the Casita AC wasn't working. Unfortunately we didn't find out from our group until the day before the holiday, which pretty much limited the host's response to the day after the holiday which was the day we checked out. Besides this minor glitch, our stay was fabulous. The amenities at this property are all first rate. The pool, spa, games, yard amenities, etc. are all you need for a wonderful family gathering. Book this place now!

Homebase for our son's wedding weekend
Our son's wedding was planned at Grand Traditions in Fallbrook. We also planned the rehearsal dinner at Monserate Winery in Fallbrook. We live within 30 minutes of these venues, but we didn't want to be driving back and forth. We also wanted a place where our family could stay together and enjoy the down time between events. We are SO HAPPY that we found this home! From the time we made the reservation, communication with the owner was easy and timely. When we arrived at the property, we were all thrilled. There were enough bedrooms for everyone to have privacy, but plenty of big common areas for us to enjoy time together. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had everything we needed, from serving trays to big salad bowls. The pool area is beautiful, and we all enjoyed the hot tub! And the game room and putting green were big hits with our adult kids! These were the features we searched for when considering different rental homes, and they did NOT disappoint. Overall, we had a five star experience at Grand Luxe II. Our son's wedding weekend was made even more special because we were celebrating together with our big family at this beautiful property!

Very accommodating!
Eric was super flexible with our large family group and made sure there was plenty of extras for our needs. We had a wide range of ages, from adults all the way down to babies and there was sufficient space for all. Kids loved the game room, golfing, and the pool. I’m REALLY glad this place was fully fenced. The pool area was also gated so little toddlers wouldn’t wander into the pool. The landscaping was beautiful! Loved the variety of flowers and fruit trees. We also went to the beach almost every day too. (About 30 min away, depending on beach choice). Huge capacity washer and dryer made it easy to keep clothes and towels washed. Tiki bar was great for making smoothies while kids played in the pool. We loved it so much, we will likely return again with our family in the future!

A memorable birthday celebration
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eric’s property and time in Fallbrook. Conveniently located adjacent to a golf course and winery, we were close to Temecula but also with privacy for our group. Eric made sure our stay was comfortable by providing all the basics you would need for a successful stay. This property had extra sofa beds, aero mattresses, kitchen supplies (instapot) and plenty of towels for our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed using the game room with foosball and pool tables as well as enjoying the hot tub and pool all weekend. All instructions for access were clearly communicated and concise! We had a great time!

Best Place for Wedding party to stay!
We checked in on Thursday and out on Sunday for our wedding on Friday and we cannot say enough great things! Our wedding party and some out of town guests stayed at this gorgeous house located less than a mile from my wedding venue. We did hair and make up in the massive dining room area since it had great lighting. Our family kept complimenting us the entire weekend on how great the house is and how the owners really thought of everything. Things clearly labeled and organized we had everything we needed and more. This house made my wedding prep vision come true. So many fantastic memories have been made. We did have the main house and casita and we truely could sleep 20 comfortably. The house and grounds were very clean and well kept. Even with so many people the space never felt crowded. My husband and his groomsmen loved hanging out in the game room. They were so happy to have so many things to keep them entertained. Cannot recommend this property enough.

Amazing Wedding Weekend Stay
My fiancee( now wife), myself and our bridal party stayed here for the weekend of our wedding. The property itself is so beautiful. The design and decor throughout the property has a relaxing tropical theme that really elevates the place. The yard has an amazing pool and jacuzzi with surrounding tropical trees and plants. Right next to the pool was a mini golf court and game room that kept us entertained all weekend. There is so much space inside the property, all 16 of us spent a great deal of time relaxing in the living room and watching shows together. My group was complimenting the property all weekend we were here. The host was very proactive and responsive. He checked in on us multiple times to make sure everything was going well. Our wedding was perfect. I honestly could not have asked for a better wedding day and weekend. Being here helped me relax and calm my nerves for the big day and the vibe of both the property and the host just made my weekend so much better. I leave with a lot of love in my heart.

Family Staycation
We just came home from a family staycation. There were 19 of us ranging in age from 1-82 and one of our family members is disabled and has to use a motorized scooter to get around the house. The house and the grounds were easily accessible to him. The house and additional 2-bedroom casita had plenty of room for everyone to have space of their own. The house is clean and beautiful and with the game room, pool, and putting green there were many activities to keep everyone busy. The house is located close to a beautiful small winery where I was able to take some beautiful photos of my son and his fiancé. This is the second time we have rented a house from Eric and Neda and this house is as beautiful as his other house and we are already talking about which house we want to go to next summer.

Your Own Private Resort
The Grand Lux Luxury Resort is incredible! It looks just like the pictures. The decor is beautiful. You have your own private resort and do not need to leave. We were celebrating a special birthday with ages 1 to 70. It was perfect for all. You will never get bored. There is a beautiful big pool and jacuzzi. A huge barbecue and palapa bar you can relax under. It includes a putting green, corn hole, and a four-car game room. You can play either at the large pool table, foosball table, poker, etc. The master bedroom is enormous & beautiful! The 2-bedroom casita does not look like a typical one. It looks like a second home! It has a full kitchen, w/d, LR and a gorgeous master bedroom. It is located right next to the big house so you can walk easily back and forth. The best part is it is all fenced in all the way around. We did not worry about the children going outside the area or safety. If you are looking for a great vacation, choose this private resort! It is so spacious and luxurious. The hosts were wonderful! There are many wedding venues nearby. This is a perfect location to book for your wedding party and it enables both sides to dress in privacy. The wedding party will love all the amenities esp. the firepit patio. We cannot say enough about it. We stayed for four days, and it was definitely not enough. We are looking at dates now with our family to book again but this time for at least a week. This private resort is a place you do not want to miss!!!

Beautiful Place for the Family
My family and I stayed at the Grand Lux II this past weekend for my brother's wedding. We were all impressed with the property. It's really beautiful and had so much space for our family to spread out as well as provided space for us to play games. There were 20 of us, including 4 boys ages 3-6. Some call outs: *Closets- large, fit all of our luggage plus all of our garment bags without wrinkling our special event dresses *Casita- nicely appointed with plenty of space (this was the honeymoon suite for the newlyweds) *Beds- Very comfortable, even the pull out sofa beds *Makeup Remover wipes- each bathroom had plenty of makeup wipes for all of us ladies to remove the makeup after the wedding Best of all, the hosts, Eric and Neda, were very attentive and quick to respond to my questions before our stay as well as during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and created some wonderful family memories here.

A Perfect Trip
10/10 would recommend this property. So spacious, so centrally located, so many incredible things to do at the home! Mini-golf, pool, poker, jacuzzi, pool -- this place has it all!

Fantastic house with just about everything
Our stay at Eric & Neda's house was absolutely amazing! The house is exactly as you see on the pictures... spacious, comfortable, cozy, a home where you can truly relax and kickback to enjoy disconnecting. Eric & Neda are great hosts and occasionally reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. Our group had a great weekend experience, so much so that we will be back soon! 5 stars all around!
