Staff were helpful without being over bearing. Room was clean, tidy and well maintained. A simple comment when booking a meal led to a complimentary drink for my guest, whose birthday it was. Nice touch!

Amazing hotel

Hotel was amazing, staff were welcoming and helpful. Lift was out of order during our stay and as an above knee amputee with two broken arms it was difficult but staff were very helpful with assisting me to use stair lift. Especially Tom and an American man who had started work at the hotel on our first day. Food was amazing as was service from restaurant staff.

Really lovely hotel with amazing staff and service. Fantastic dining options with a cozy pub and another fabulous restaurant. The view from the sea view room was fantastic as were the views from the bar and restaurant. We will definitely be going back.

The Nightingale Room

This was a birthday treat. Lovely polite staff. Gorgeous room with a view. Amazing breakfast. Shame about non working switches for some of the lights and noise from the bar late at night. Would recommend this hotel but not this room for an early night! Best tea tray selection

Great hotel in a quiet area but easy walking distance to the pubs and eateries. Pleasant staff and clean room. The dog was made very welcome and allowed into the bar area for breakfast. Good dog friendly hotel.
