Newer property but needs some improvements. Management needs to work on making the restaurant reservation process more seamless. Someone in my party also had issues with room service not coming to clean their room even with signage. The buffet food was okay but could’ve had a more expansive Caribbean selection. Overall my experience was okay.

The property is new. They just opened in May. We really enjoyed our stay there. Most of the employees were outstanding. I especially want to single out the Kyoto restaurant team. They were outstanding with helping to make our friends 80th birthday party a great success. We felt that the quality of the food certainly has room to improve and some of the buffet employees seemed to be overwhelmed with the amount of work that they had to do. Also, we found it to be almost impossible to get a reservation at one of the restaurants. They need to have more restaurants or make them bigger so they can accommodate more diners. I feel that most guests don’t want to have to eat at the buffet every night.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful time. Amazing food at the buffet, excellent service, well-maintained grounds, absolutely stunning decor, great evening entertainment. There are rocks in the water at the beach, so careful of those (would recommend water shoes). They won't necessarily have all the daytime events that are on the schedule, it's based on how many people show up, so my husband was very disappointed that there was no connect 4 tournament. Overall amazing stay, would recommend and would visit again.

The property was beautiful and the staff was amazing. I went for my boyfriends birthday and the decorated our room without me having to ask. It was beautiful and very thoughtful. The only thing i did not like was the hall ways were very dark. They need lightning in the halls and the elevator had no air conditioning.

The overall resort was nice. They just need a better restaurant system or more spaces in them. They told us it refreshed every night at midnight but that was true. We had to eat at the same place every night.
