The food was excellent at the specialty restaurants; however, seconds are not allowed--unlike on cruise ships. The rooms were clean and spacious. The front desk receptionist, Eminja, was extremely friendly and professional. She assisted me with obtaining the family suite that I anticipated. Additionally, the entertainment was great, and Rooster did an awesome job engaging with all tourists. Please give Emilje and Rooster KUDOS from Dr. C!

The resort was absolutely gorgeous and very clean, we had a partial ocean view that was amazing. Staff was very nice and welcoming upon our arrival we were greeted with drinks which was very nice. The food was good not spicy and they had 24hr restaurant onsite where you can get wings, burgers, drinks. Live show of Michael Jackson show amazing will visit again.

New property. Food is good but not great - same options at buffet where you will be eating most of the time. Pain to book the on property restaurants. It’s designed in such a way that you can book 2 out of 5 nights if get lucky. Italian restaurant was terrible but Asian was awesome. Service is very sketchy it can be either really good or really bad. They really need to get rid of some staff in buffet dining. For the money it wasn’t that great.

We took our 4 children with us (ages 6-20 years old). Everyone was happy with the activities and entertainment planned. Kids say 10/10 when we left for home. The hotel itself is very nice. The friendliness of the staff was above and beyond which really helped us give it a 10/10. We really enjoyed the cappuccino bar for our coffee and desserts. Pepe’s grill makes a great chicken poolside with the best corn on the cob. To be honest we enjoyed the buffet food and ocean views it provided even more than our dinner reservation restaurants. The water slide park was a nice bonus for the younger kids while the older ones had a blast in the foam pool party. Thanks for a great stay and memories!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this all-inclusive resort. There was always something to do; the rooms were gorgeous and all faced the ocean; the grounds were beautifully kept; multiple pools for activities and games; great activities for fitness; and wonderful live entertainment. The bartenders were all fabulous and gave great service. There is an app to keep track of all of the activities and to reserve dinner at select restaurants, which was handy. I recommend this place for a vacation. There were somethings I did not care for. The restaurants were hard to reserve, especially if you have multiple rooms, and you had to reserve them the morning before you wanted them. The buffet had a great assortment of food available, much of it was quite good. But you had to get there early for the meals or else the food available was picked through and/or dried out. Most of the restaurants were less stressful than the buffet, but the food was not necessarily better. The food service personnel were often stressed out, likely from being overburdened (a management issue). There was also a shortage of true Jamaican food and fresh fruit was limited. The food by the pool was great, though. So in summary, the food was not my favorite part. There are two bar swim-up pools which is wonderful. However, kids under 18 are not permitted in either. So were were not able to hang out with my underaged son and play Jenga in the pool. Allowing older kids in at least one pool would be a better solution.
