We’ve been staying at Homewood Suites for years because we enjoy the sitting area and kitchen option. However their condition continues to decline. Our recent stay lacked essential supplies, overall every area was dirty and breakfast was far from appetizing!

The bed was very comfortable my only issue was the bath tub stopper did not work. I had to take a shower with a spoon in the tub to try and hold up the stopper so the water could drain while taking a shower. Maintenance never came and fix while I was there. I was in room 331 so maybe someone should fix it before the next guest.

What a disappointment. I would like a full refund. No one asked if we were happy. The room was dingy and the towels were dirty. I had to chase down new towels myself. The level of hospitality was definitely not up to Hilton standards. Also very hard to get service at front desks. Also there were dogs everywhere. My special needs child is afraid of dogs and I was not given warning about this. Food at buffet was nothing special
