The bed are super comfortable which was a plus! The property is clean and staffs are very nice. unfurtenaly, we were assigned the room right accross from the laundry room and the noise in the laundry room started before 6am. If you get this room, do yourself a favor and request to change your room. The breakfast was good, but it needs more variety. Thank you!

The elevator was down and we took the stairs to 3 rd floor room. Coming down steps, stairwell dark my husband twice missed the bottom step! Luckily he didn t fall. We recommend safety tape on the edge of the steps before each landing.

was concerned about safety with the homeless people hanging around the hotel. Even had a homeless person approach us and ask for handouts.

This hotel needs a major update and a good cleaning/housekeeping crew the first room I entered looked as if someone had just slept in it a few minutes before I arrived, webs/dust in corners of the room and all around the A/C unit. The hallway of the hotel smelled horrible so did the elevator.

I'm absolutely sick of hotels that regulate the temperature of your room. I can not sleep in places that get to hot at even with the air set as low as it goes it would not kick on so i got no sleep. Won't be back

Our keys stopped working. Gal working couldn’t program new ones for us so we were pretty much stuck in room. Had a cockroach and door entrances to room and bathroom are way to narrow. There’s a lot of wasted space in bedroom are that could be utilized to widen bathroom entry and make bathroom bigger
