This is a beautiful house and property with incredible outdoor space. It is probably fabulous in cooler months. In the height of summer, it's not so great. It looks like there are two A/C units and the outside parts appear to be well maintained from a quick and inexpert glance. However, they worked more like swamp coolers than air conditioners. Despite following the house rules/directions to the letter, setting to 72 and closing all blinds, using ceiling fans, and not using any other appliances that could generate heat, like the clothes dryer, the system struggled to maintain 74. Even then, the indoor humidity was exceptionally high at 80+%, despite exterior humidity being only 60-65%.
In addition, there was a ton of hair in the shower drain and bathtub drain, and the bathtub was super slow to drain water as a result. Also, check your pillowcases and sheets for bugs. To be expected out there in the country.
