On arrival no one met us at the villa we had to go to another accomodation for the keys, they were very un helpful and didnt know where the villa was. As it was night time when we arrived there was no name on the villa so we just had to chance it was the right one by looking at an online picture and trying the keys. The toaster didnt work, nor did the washing machine or the tv. The accomodation was in need of updating and didnt feel that clean especially in the bathrooms lots of mould. No out door seating on the patio, you get patio table in 2 star apartments , so you would expect some in a private villa. Poor pans and cultery. We had 4 hardeners who turned up on our first day and was there for 4 hours. The pool didnt look clean even after the pool man had been .Having stayed in many villas in the past we have always been greeted at the villa on arrival and shown around. We were always given a contact number in case we had any problems. The wifi kept dropping out so we couldnt even access our booking details online as to who to contact regarding the issues we had. In the end we just made the most of our holiday as we were onky there 6 days, but we would definately not stat in this villa again or book through agni travel
