* 1BR House, 2BR Cabin, outdoor kitchen and eating area were exactly as advertised;* Bedrooms, bathrooms, linen were all clean and comfortable;* Kitchen cupboards and drawers - hard to stay on top of in this area, evidence of the small bush cockroaches "visiting", easily dealt with by dumping everything we needed into dishwasher;* Perfect location with 50 metre walk to beach, and 50 metre walk to local cafe, small shops;* We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing!
My husband and I had a wonderful stay here with our adult daughter. Fantastic layout if the premises was better than any where else we had stayed. Well stocked kitchen and outdoor kitchen was a great touch. Very comfortable beds and view to the beach was a wonderful bonus. Highly recommend this property and will look forward to a return visit. Thank you to our hosts for living up to all advertised expectations.

Great location, but not well maintained
We had an enjoyable time at Fingal Bay. The property is in a fabulous location only 50m from the sand, and the booking / check-in was very smooth. Unfortunately we were not satisfied with the cleanliness and maintenance of the property (blocked overflowing gutters in the covered sitting area, BBQ could not be made to work, water leaked into the laundry area and we observed 3-4 cockroaches during our stay). Nothing some more diligent pest control and maintenance couldn't address so hope it is fixed for future guests as really is a lovely spot.

Great location and layout of the property. It was clean and tidy on our arrival, also well equipped for our holiday. It was setup (pet-friendly wise) for our travelling dog. Livingroom A/C not functioning properly. Was repaired promptly by office management. Late checkout would have been good but the late fee was over the top. We exited before 10am. We would stay there again as beach access was spot-on.

Port Stephens getaway
Fantastic location with views of the beach and close to cafe and beach walks. Great fenced yard for our dog to enjoy. Comfortable beds and couches. Bathrooms clean and modern. Kitchen had everything we needed. Unusual set up with 2 separate buildings but it wasn't a problem. Very relaxing stay.

This house suited our needs perfectly. We had family fly in from Queensland and the airport was so easy to navigate. Location for small children on a wet weekend was great. We could get to the beach and park in between showers. Great starter pack and provision of basic kitchen and bbq utensils. We will be back again.

Fantastic location, great beach house
A great beach house, in a fantastic location. 50m to the beach and 50m to great coffee in the other direction, plus supermarket. House was clean and well set up, with two separate living areas and a fantastic outdoor area. Great for families and our little toy cavoodle loved her stay also. Fingal Bay is stunning and the walk to Barry's Park which has a great lookout for the sunrise is a relaxed 10min stroll. Would highly recommend this beachhouse.

Great location very close to the beach
Lovely home with all you need. Great setup for 2 small families. We loved the outdoor kitchen and patio area. So close to the beach and short stroll to a supermarket, cafe/bakery and bottleshop. Excellent location would definitely go back.
