Very comfortable bed and seating. Kitchen was well-stocked with keurig coffeemaker, tea kettle, pots and pans, flatware, basic seasonings. Linens and towels were clean and food quality.
Minor downsides:
Floor is uneven in places, so take care if you have mobility issues.
Shower is very small (and I am petite), and its hot water faucet has no stop on it to tell you when it's actually off. This means it will drip unless you're very careful. There was also no bathroom sink stopper.
There's a ceiling fan in the living room, but only box fans for the bedroom. AC isn't available, but this isn't a huge drawback given the climate. Just be aware that cooling the place means opening windows and running fans.
The paint colors used were a little too intense for the space, and the green used in the bedroom and bathroom were not to my liking, but that's subjective. The paint job itself needed some touch ups though.
The windows were functional, but a little hard to open and close, especially if you have issues with fine motor control, hand strength and hand flexibility.
Overall, a good experience. Easy walk to downtown and Thorpe Park. Very quiet.
